Kerry has a broad range of experience in dealing with commercial and residential conveyancing transactions, mortgages, infrastructural development contracts, commercial leases and landlord and tenant law.

Kerry also has experience in the areas of medical negligence litigation, personal injury litigation, employment law and family law. She has an interest in non-adversarial dispute resolution and is a qualified collaborative lawyer and member of the Association of Collaborative Practitioners.

Professional Background
Kerry trained as a solicitor with one of Ireland’s largest commercial law firms and subsequently worked in their Commercial Property Department. Kerry joined Eoghan P. Clear Solicitors in 2007.
