Eoghan is a highly experienced solicitor practising in a number of disciplines including Corporate and Commercial Law, Commercial and Residential Conveyancing, Landlord and Tenant Law and the law affecting Charitable Corporations and Non-Profit Organisations.
Since establishing Eoghan P. Clear Solicitors he has developed a particular expertise in infrastructural development law particularly in the areas of light rail, rail, roads and water reservoirs.
In his early years in practice as a litigation specialist Eoghan brought a class action in which he represented thousands of farmers across Ireland in bringing a major constitutional action against the Irish Government resulting in the abolition by the Supreme Court of the entire basis for the taxation of agricultural property in Ireland.
Eoghan is a keen sportsman and has been fortunate to be able to serve the legal interests of leading international (rugby), national (gaelic games) and local (tennis) sporting bodies.
Eoghan established Eoghan P. Clear Solicitors in 1997. Prior to setting up his own firm, he was a partner in Ireland’s longest established law firm, SS&E Reeves & Sons.
